Sysoft announces the eRFP support Website

The Website allows users to report their desired enhancements. Users can also see when their desired features will get ready. It has a frequently asked question area for user education. The Website will have official training dates and locations.
The Website is designed for Sysoft eRFP users. The users report their modification requests. Sysoft system engineers get in touch with the user via email and phone and then if required list as a requested modification.
The support site is expected to become a site where Sysoft eRFP users can report all their problems and also monitor how Sysoft systems engineers handle these problems.
